Ex-mayor Victor Zapata Castillo of Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya had become a mayor from 1995 to 2004. Joel Calpable of Banganan Aritao Nueva Vizcaya has put up JC Junkshop because he wants to earn an income for his family and for the future of his children.
