Hon. Christopher C. Espiritu of Pieza Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya was a 3 termer Brgy Kagawad and now as a Brgy Captain accomplished the following project, the basketball court, marker, farm to market road.

Brgy captain and his council also organized the Association of Farmers and the Pieza Builders Association.

Through the efficient implementation of their barangay programs and the collaboration and team effort, all undertaking tend to finish easily.

Hon. Cenon T. Bacani of Buag Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya is a first-termer Brgy. Captain, his motivation was to help and to be a public servant. Bacani was able to accomplished canal lining, sports and development, and feeding program.

In an interview with the CV Northern Star, Bacani wants to reiterate that unity is one of the foundations of the community in barangay. When there are teamwork and collaboration, growth and prosperity will follow.
