Ailyn' s parents are Federico and Natividad who is always supportive in all her undertakings. She believes in never giving up that There’s going to be anxiety about uncertainty and fear about failing but pushing ourselves to keep going. Lolita Lolong is a native of Mindoro province and most of her brother and sister began their bakery business in the Cagayan Valley region.MM Bread House is located along National Highway Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, maker of delicious bread like Mamon, Long john, Hopia, Ensaymada, among others. Most of the time their customer buy pandesal because we Filipino love to eat pandesal in the morning. Lolong's daughter has been helping her mother since her father passed away.

As of now, they already have state of the art technology bakery equipment that most of the baker is using such as oven and dough mixer. In 2007 MM Bread House was awarded by the local government of Solano as one of the cleanest business establishment in town.

Lolita  Lolong believes in a saying " Never Give Up", for 13 years in the business she already experienced the up and down of prices of flour, the main ingredient for making bread but if you are determined to stay in business you must continue as long as you have gained and you can support your family and employee.

The services are as follows: overhaul, body repair, and painting among others.

Emerson Cunanan Sr. learned how to repair vehicles through experience in Nueva Ecija while working as a tractor operator. His journey began here in Magsaysay, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya which his passion was to repair and maintain cars and help to keep it safe and reliable His loving wife aurora who supported him in all undertakings and they were blessed with four kids, Emerson Cunanan- The manager of EMC  Auto repair, Ailyn- work in Canada as a chef, Rachel- nurse and businesswoman and Ian rose- accountant in Makati.

Farmers want to gain more that is why they need Tilah Seeds for their inputs.

As a businesswoman, she woke up at early 4:30 in the morning to give time for her kids and for his supportive husband. According to roselle, she believes the motto: Try and Try until you succeed, that we need to to have patience and perseverance to attain success in life.

Juanita Anghel Bangloy of Osmena Solano, Nueva Vizcaya is a 3 termer Barangay Kagawad, she was motivated to join the politics because of his passion to help her constituents by helping the less fortunate students to send them to Solano North Elementary School, 195 plus student was given the opportunity to go to school as a scholar. The college Barangay scholars send them to different community college school such as Nueva Vizcaya State University with the course of BSA, Agri-science, Bachelor of Elementary Education BEEd, Bachelor of Elementary Education BEEd, Physical Education, forestry, Computer Science, BS. Info Technology, Bachelor Admin, Bachelor in Math and Civil Engineering for the year 2018- 2019.

Barangay Captain Danilo E. Domingo and council implemented ordinances such  prescribing guidelines and regulations on the operations and services of internet cafes and other similar establishments for the protection of children and other purposes, prohibiting children below fifteen years of age allowing them to buy intoxicating beverages, cigarettes for their own consumption and providing penalties to thereof, prohibiting the roaming, loitering or sleeping of unchaperoned children below 18 years of age at late hours of the evening outside their domicile and providing penalties thereof among others.

An interview of CV Northern Star staff with mayor Timothy Joseph Cayton last august 5, 2019 in his office in Dupax Del Norte Nueva Vizcaya supports the continuity and stability program through infrastructures such as concreting, irrigation and streetlight. He also reiterated to enhance free education through educational assistance. Among his programs are social service- social pension for the senior citizen, health clinic, to increase salaries of Barangay treasurer and secretary and an improved health center.

The distribution of palay seedling and fertilizer coming from the subsidy of local government, provincial, municipal and Barangay and livelihood for the farmer among others. The farmer is one of the most useful people since the beginning of civilization. We all depend upon agriculture to meet our requirement of food. We get our food because the farmer grows crops and carries agricultural activities. According to mayor Timothy Joseph Cayton, His main focus will be the upliftment of the life of every farmer, especially in Dupax Del Norte.
