Fun n Food Village-VICS Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya


It seems that the Fun n Food Village trend is here to stay so we needed to create a new list to feature some of these destinations in and out of  Nueva Vizcaya. To stay on top of the food game, these amazing food stalls are all about finding that unique theme that will set them apart from everyone else. At the same time, a well-curated food selection is a must to make sure that diners will enjoy good and quality food at affordable prices!
Fun n Food is one of the emerging food business here in the province of Nueva Vizcaya, upon entering the entrance you can see  18 colorful stalls and if you are choosy Fun n Food caters mouth-watering food such as exotic, Korean, food n flavor, frapped among others. While eating you can also hear the chirping of the birds and the area is cool.

Barangay Poblacion Sta. Fe Nueva Vizcaya


Sta Fe Nueva Vizcaya was adjudged as the Child-Friendly municipality and the Red Orchid award, in participation of by Brgy. Captain Caramat and council of Barangay Pob. Sta Fe.
Eddie Caramat of Barangay Poblacion Sta. Fe Nueva Vizcaya is a 3 termer Brgy. Councilor, Caramat has several ongoing projects such as completion of Brgy hall which comes from the personal fund of municipal mayor Mayor, Liwayway Dela Cruz Caramat. The rehabilitation of old Brgy. Hall Which comes from PDAF-The Priority Development Assistance Fund.
The Brgy. council has implemented an ordinance to increase business permit clearance, so the collection of Barangay will be elevated and an ordinance mandating the strict implementation of curfew hours for children from 9 pm to 5 am in the morning. The Brgy hold a feeding program every 15 of the month under the MSWD-Municipal Social Welfare Development program, targeting severely malnourished children. Caramat and his council have conduct outreach program every Saturday afternoon at Baptist church.

William Palatao Tugangi-Villaverde Nueva Vizcaya

The 3 termers municipal councilor William Palatao Tugangi is running for mayor in Villaverde Nueva Vizcaya, Tugangi was the author of the tricycle fare to reduce, to apprehend unregistered motorized vehicle and minimized complaint charges. He was under the committee of finance and peace and order in 2010. Among his plan, if given a chance he will share his ideas on how to use the municipal budget, a legal matter on how to avoid COA disqualification and the local government unit operation.
Tugangi was a retired police officer with the rank of SPO4, It is a never-ending task to serve and serve better. The good people in the police service know that excellence and going-beyond are just what you should do. It is time you talked about a large number of a policeman who truly loves the country and has done their best.
He is also active in the community for giving money for the indigents and to those who are seeking immediate assistance.

Nathaniel M. Turqueza -Masoc Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya

Nathaniel M. Turqueza of Masoc Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya is the official candidate of Nacionalista and encompassing Prayers n Faith of the present administration, he is running as a municipal councilor and one of his motivation is to have a committee of general services to safeguard government vehicles and not to abuse it by using during weekend and holidays.

Turqueza works at the Provincial General Services Office for 38 years, his job description was to deliver basic services such as repair and maintenance, security and protection of all government-owned buildings and facilities, parks, grounds, plazas supply, and property management, administrative records and archival function efficiently and economically responsive to the needs of the LGU and other clientele. Turqueza rose from the rank, he began working as a janitor, clerk, accounting clerk,  bookkeeper, supply officer 3, provincial warden, GSO supply officer, and assistant provincial general services officer.
During his stay at the provincial general services office, he became the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Employees Association (NVPEA) president for 2 consecutive years. Torqueza was able to make a Confederation Independent Union of the Philippines become their affiliate. The CIU Program thrust is as follows;
• Fights for full recognition of the universal rights of all workers to organize into unions, to collectively bargain over terms and conditions of employment and to engage in peaceful concerted actions including the right to strike for the interest and welfare of public sector members.
• Initiates and assists in the formation of strong and genuine trade unions at all levels of the government service.
• Pursues an extensive program of education and training for public sector unionists at all levels.
• Advocates and undertakes campaigns for good government and better public service.
• Defends and ensures the security of tenure and employment for all government workers.
• Promotes cooperation among public sector unions through coordinated activities on issues and concerns directed at establishing unity in furtherance of employees’ rights, interests, and welfare.
• Promotes strengthening of the civil service through the elimination of the politics of patronage and spoils system.
• Promotes the values of public service and the professionalism of the civil service corps.
