Ronaldo Manzano Domingo - Barangay Roxas Solano Nueva Vizcaya

The farmer has a big role for us Filipinos who are eating rice as our staple food. Ronaldo Manzano Domingo of  Barangay Roxas Solano Nueva Vizcaya is a friendly farmer with a heart for the community. In his time as a teenager, he used to be a construction worker and a jeep operator driver. He never stops working and saving for his family.

Domingo starts his life with a humble life and has an aim for his children to have a brighter future, so he sends all of them to school with the help of his wife Norma Balinan Valdoz.

Domingo's children are all professional Arselie Domingo became a teacher at National High School Bascaran, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Arnaldo Domingo is a CPA, lawyer and currently working at Security Bank in Makati, Arlene Domingo Laygo is working at Riyadh Military Hospital and Joselyn Domingo Caguingin.

SK Chairman Charlotte Grace Rumbaua -Brgy. Lamo Dupax Del Norte Nueva Vizcaya

The Sangguniang Kabataan or youth council is the governing body of the youth assembly or Katipunan ng Kabataan of every barangay. They are elected by the members of, the Katipunan ng Kabataan in elections conducted by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

Charlotte Grace Rumbaua of Brgy. Lamo Dupax Del Norte Nueva Vizcaya is the Sk chairman who spearheads the ordinance for the first blood bank through the initiative of Brgy Lamu captain and council, Rural Health Unit, and the Red Cross. Last Dec. Brgy Lamu conducted their fiesta with various activities such as basketball league and the search for Miss Lamu. Sk chairman and council also help the Brigada Eskwela last 15th of May 2019.

Charlotte wishes to thanks his council and all the constituents especially the Philippine Army who donate bloodletting in barangay Lamu.

Barangay Captain Jessie Manuel - Almaguer North Bambang Nueva Vizcaya

Jessie Manuel of Almaguer North Bambang Nueva Vizcaya on his first time as Brgy captain, he was the author of the ordinance prohibiting dogs to stray in public places and all request of his constituents were given such as tent among others. Manuel has several projects when he was still a Barangay Kagawad such as the farm to the market road for Purok 1& 2 coming from his PDAF amounting to 500,00 thousand pesos, streetlights amounting to 100,00 thousand plus and the buying of elf dump truck amounting to 300, 000 thousand pesos. Brgy captain Manuel will continue what he was started, now that he is now the Barangay Captain of Almaguer North, rest assured that he will do his best to make this barangay successful with the help of his council.

Nicole Jane I. Gimarino- Miss Saniata 2019 Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya

To be a Miss Saniata shows teens as young as maybe 12 or 15 already preparing to be beauty queens someday. This is a dream that many girls seem to want it to join in the search for the beauty and brain pageants in Vizcaya.

No doubt that miss Nicole Jane I. Gimarino is well- deserved to be crowned Miss Saniata 2019 which was held last May 22 at the capitol compound Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Nicole also got the ethnic attire award and Miss Photogenic. Nicole Jane is 22 years of age and she is a graduate of University of Santo Tomas Manila and a CPA board passer. The prizes at stake, Our governor Carlos Padilla had given financial consideration to the winner amounting to 100,000 and a gadget which was given by TM  Touch Mobile.

According to her parent Mary Joy Gimarino, Nicole won through social media power-sharing and TM Touch Mobile text voting. Nicole wishes to thanks the Local Government Unit, TM Touch Mobile, her Make up artist and mayor Eufemia Dacayo who had given her full support on this endeavor.
