Rencold Junkshop-San Geronimo Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya

This business is most relevant today considering that the government has promoted environmental awareness among its citizens like solid waste management, expressing the need for proper waste disposal and recycling materials as a major factor in protecting the environment.
Mr. & Mrs. Mariver Giron of San Geronimo Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya had established the Rencold Junkshop in 2019 with a meager capital of 20,000 pesos which they use to start buying all kinds of scrap such as bottle, metal, copper, paper, among others.
At the very beginning, buying scraps requires a greater sacrifice in dealing with customers that even you are eating if somebody knocks at the door to sell some scraps you must entertain it immediately, otherwise they will sell it to another junkshop. Giron started"kolong kolong" for buying scraps and a rolling fund is needed for the business to thrive.
As of now, they have already acquired 2 forward trucks for fast transport. Their business expanded into other mini junk shops in Lagawe and Diadi to buy a bigger amount of scraps.

Nobody can inspire us as great teachers can. They seem to come along at just the right moment, at a time when we need them the most. A great teacher shows us things about ourselves we can't see. Above all, they give us the courage to find our own way with just enough guidance to show us.

Tan Junkshop-Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

The Tan Junkshop and Scrap Business is a simple buy and sells a business, which is less considered by many since the traded products are unclean and soiled. But in another view, it is a lucrative business that generates a lot of money both for garbage collectors and junk shop owners.
This business is most relevant today considering that the government has promoted environmental awareness among its citizens like solid waste management, expressing the need for proper waste disposal and recycling materials as a major factor in protecting the environment.
Tan Junkshop was established in 2003 by Rosemarie Tan and managed by Maristela Tan of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. At first, they try to buy some scraps but eventually, the business grows with the right cash handling and tried and tested strategies to maintain a business.
The walk-in seller is very effective because the location is visible to people in that area. This popular Filipino slogan“ May Pera sa Basura” is the inspiration of some children in Solano who want to have money through selling scraps.
Tan believes in saying “Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence”.
