Hon. Cenon T. Bacani



Hon. Cenon T. Bacani of Buag Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya is a first-termer Brgy. Captain, his motivation was to help and to be a public servant. Bacani was able to accomplished canal lining, sports and development, and feeding program.

In an interview with the CV Northern Star, Bacani wants to reiterate that unity is one of the foundations of the community in barangay. When there are teamwork and collaboration, growth and prosperity will follow.

Bacani wan to thanks his constituents and his council who contributed their support for the programs of the Brgy.

Hon. Romeo R. Barrientos of Brgy. Bintawa Sur is a first-termer Brgy. Captain, he has accomplished the improvement of Bergonia & Tapia road, installation of streetlights, improvement of Borja St. and flood control.

The energetic tanods use multi-cab and a single motor to respond easily to patrol, that is why in order to minimize the occurrence of crimes, maintaining peace in the Brgy. Bintawan Sur is very essential and that they are now truly considered as our partners in the implementation of peace and order in the Brgy.

The chairman wants to  the thanks his council and all who  rendered their services.

Hon. Perlito E. Sebbey Brgy Chairman of Vista Alegre, a principled and humble. The chairman wants to embed to the mind of his constituents his living legacy that he has already achieved this by touching other people’s hearts for the rest of their lives, by showing unconditional kindness and warmth to someone. Living above the line means being Accountable, Responsible and taking Ownership for your actions, beliefs, and choices.

Sebbey works for 36  years in service, He Built and finished the concreting of all roads, day care,  health center, covered court, streetlights & canal lining.


In 1995 to present he was a knight of Columbus and a chancellor for 2 years.
Norma P. Sebbey the Loving wife of chairman and they blessed with 4 children: Cezar, Sherwin, Cheryll, and Venice mark.

Hon. Ronnie Jacob


Hon. Ronnie Jacob of Brgy. Magsaysay, a first-termer Brgy. Captain. Acob accomplished the water system of Purok 7, a two-story evacuation center, a covered court, road concreting in Purok 7, Pacursa Rd. Purok 4,& Purok 6.

Brgy Captain Acob shared his motto that you must put your heart in your work that you must love your work to attain all the undertaking in the barangay.


Acob wants to thanks his councils and all who rendered the services to obtain success. 

Brgy Captain Segundino Ferrer



Brgy Captain Segundino Ferrer Jr. of Bonfal West Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. achieved the following projects like the restoration of streetlights of Bonfal Proper and the riprapping of  Apad bridge.

In connection with health, Ferrer finished the Nutrition program and operation timbang. The committee on agriculture distributed fruit-bearing seedlings and foliar to the farmers. The senior citizen will also receive 400 pesos weekly for their additional sustenance. Brgy. Bonfal West was awarded the no. 1 in gardening. 

Cong. Luisa Lloren Cuaresma funded 2.3 million for the improvement of Barangay Hall and the drainage of the canal. Brgy. Captain Ferrer wants to thank all of his constituents and his council for supporting all programs of the barangay.
