Baresbes Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya ABC president, and Barangay Captain Ronnie N.Esquivel a straightforward person who already accomplished several projects like the covered court, stage, concreting of Brgy. Road, the opening of roads and greening program at Plaza Patring forested area funded by NGO, provincial fund, municipal and Brgy. Ordinances that are being implemented- no smoking, curfew for minors, monitoring of alcohol such as beer and hard drinks that can easily be bought in grocery and convenience stores by teenagers, eco-tourism and the naming and renaming of roads. Esquivel wishes that someday Baresbes be a famous and well-known Brgy. In Nueva Vizcaya.

Milagros A. Cabacungan of Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya is the Department head of MSWDO.

MSDO Provides assistance to target clientele of the office such as economically, socially, and persons with special needs. Through the following programs and services, it will help alleviate poverty and empowered disadvantaged individuals, families and communities for an improved quality of life.

Cabacungan finds her motivation, to help the impoverished people in Diadi. MSWDO program of services is a family & community, about parent effectiveness, counseling- pre-marriage, Christian education, home budgeting, PhilHealth- to assess the indigent to have an assistant, Diadi has 1408 social pensioner and 4 p's for the senior citizen.

Cabacungan graduated at the Wesleyan University in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. In 1985. Cabacungan works in Quezon and finally, she was transferred to Diadi in 1992.

Arnel Herrera-Dupax Del Norte

Arnel Herrera is a retired employee from DPWH to LGU Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, he works for 30 years in service. His greatest edge, according to Herrera, is that he can use his personal engineering knowledge for INFRA projects. Herrera also works voluntarily in the barangay for making a program of works. His purpose for running as municipal councilor in Dupax Del Norte is to help his constituents for a more progressive and betterment of his townmates.

Herrera was a project engineer of Gawad Kalinga, member of the Mason and Guardians. A past President of DNMEA- Dupax Del Norte Municipal Employee Association. He also sends to school 14 pupils at the Mungia National High School to help the poor talented students. Herrera wishes to attain his goals with the help of his townmates.

Rogelio Tomas

Rogelio Tomas of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya is a hardworking farmer who tries his luck in a farm equipment business, he bought 2 reapers and 1 tractor and eventually became successful.

His wife Laila works in Hongkong for 18 years but he came home for good to help his husband to manage their farm implements and to care her only daughter Rodelyn. Tomas wishes that his business will thrive longer to support his family and to help the people who work for them.

Tomas believes in saying that " If you work hard enough and assert yourself, and use your mind and imagination, you can shape the world to your desires ".
