At first, she teaches in NVSAT now Nueva Vizcaya State University for a four-year course that leads to Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) major in garments trade. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) students of madam Belen grab the opportunity to take their chances to be a dressmaker someday. Belen retired in 1997 and continue his passion as sewer cutter in Saudi and works as a teacher in Yemen. After how many years she come home for good and put up Belen’s Collection Fashion House.Her children Gloria and Janete work as teaching special education in Arizona, Engr. Bradeo is currently working at the provincial engineering office in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya

Re-elect! Emilio “ Milyo ” Dupax Del Sur Nueva Vizcaya

Emilio “ Milyo ” Felix, the only councilor of Dupax Del Sur  Nueva Vizcaya who has perfect attendance for being a councilor of this town. Felix was a retired soldier and upon his retirement, he tried his luck to become a politician and he was elected as Barangay Kagawad from 2007 to 2013. As a chairman of peace and order the operation of barangay tanod visibility every night was funded by Kagawad Felix.
In 2016 he was then elected as a municipal councilor and as a chairman of the education, Felix sponsored the ordinance # 16 - 058( an ordinance establishing scholarship program for poor but deserving students of the public secondary school in Dupax Del Sur Nueva Vizcaya, and appropriation thereof, thus 60 students have benefited with this scholarship program . According to councilor Felix, he is ever ready to support the school and teachers in Dupax Del Sur.
If given a chance to be re-elected again, he will do his best to make Dupax Del Sur on the top in the development of his project for the betterment of his town.

Engr. Mario Toquero Afalla is a registered surveyor and a registered real estate appraiser by profession, he wants to help his constituents that is why he wants to run as a municipal councilor here in Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Afalla will continue the advocacy of his wife Atty. Brenda Lyn Soriano Afalla who is an incumbent municipal councilor of this town Bagabag.

His work experience can be favorable to hold a position in the government such as municipal councilor and his greatest edge is that he can use his knowledge for INFRA projects. Afalla works as a bank employee at the Rural Bank of Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya in1998 to 2015 as a loan inspector, loan appraiser, loan officer, and branch manager. He was a land surveyor since 1998 up to present and real estate appraiser from 2016 up to present. He graduated at Murong Elementary School Bagabag in 1998 and his secondary at NPSMC Murong campus now MNHS in 1992. Affala took his college degree at Saint Mary’s University Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya in 1992.
