Marcelo Ramos - Senior Citizen Federation President of Dupax Del Norte Nueva Vizcaya.

Marcelo Ramos of Dupax Del Norte Nueva Vizcaya is the Senior Citizen Federation President, the present programs of the senior citizen are the 500 pesos allowance for senior citizen every month, birthday benefits amounting to 1,000 pesos when they reach 80  years of age and the Mortuary Aide with the amount of 10,000 pesos. 

Ramos is a retired supervisor E.d.D for 24 years and works in Dupax Del Norte. His loving wife Rosita Cayton Ramos is blessed with 3 children; Hon Christopher Ramos, a 3 termer municipal councilor of Dupax Del Norte, Andy John Ramos is working as a nurse practitioner in the USA and Rose Ramos is a Senior Manager at all home in Taguig Manila.

Arthur and Andrea Alfaro - Bambang Nueva Vizcaya

Arthur and Andrea Alfaro of Bambang Nueva Vizcaya are engaged in fruits and vegetable buying station in NVAT-Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal. Mrs. Alfaro was motivated to establish their business to create jobs for the less fortunate individual who wants to work with them and the opportunity to send their children to a  prestigious school

They began the vegetable business in 1990 and they maintained up to now through doing good to clients, helper and all the people who they mingle with.

According to Mrs. Alfaro, she was in business for a long time and one of the keys in life is to respect people which implies acknowledgment of their existence and is a way of being good and kind to others. The act of thinking about how your actions affect the feelings of others involves respect. When someone has respect for others, she treats them in the same way she would want to be treated.

Brgy. captain Romeo G. Bulan -San Pedro Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya

Brgy. captain Romeo G. Bulan of San Pedro Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya has finished several projects such as farm to market road, concreting of Purok Taboy and Banos to reopen the road. Bulan also concentrating on education for zero out of school youth through ALS-Alternative Learning School- Balik Aral which will help the students to upgrade the level of their studies from elementary to college,100 students are given the opportunity to go to school as a scholar. There is also an ongoing dike project for the flooded area in San Pedro. The MDRRM rescue vehicle was given by Gov. Padilla and the Brgy patrol car which comes from 20℅ savings of barangay. Other programs of the barangay are dispersal of large cattle with a total of 20 heads.

Brgy captain Bulan main focus is to uplift the life of farmers and wishes to thanks his council and constituents for doing their role.

Hon. Remelyn Peros-Municipal Mayor of Aritao Nueva Vizcaya

Dra. Remelyn Peros is a first-termer municipal Mayor of Aritao Nueva Vizcaya continues the program of the past administration. Mayor Peros will be implementing her advocacy - PUSO which means Puso, Urnos, Salunat, and Others.

The accommodating mayor also stressed out the upliftment of the life of farmer through irrigation, equipment among others. The " Munisipyo Sa Barangay" which means a closer municipal help for every barangay and the senior citizen to increase their social pension.

According to Mayor Peros, she believes that when there are unity and camaraderie in every barangay especially in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, we will attain a progressive town. 

Barangay Captain and ABC President Carmen Balinag - Poblacion Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya

Barangay Captain and ABC President [Association of Barangay ]Carmen Balinag of Poblacion Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya has accomplished various projects such as the covered court, farm to market road, hanging bridge, the pathway for Purok 7 and 8. Ordinance also is being implemented by his councils are the solid waste management, dog littering, birthing clinic among others.

According to councilor Noel Cabbigat and Beltran Wais that all projects are made gradually.

Brgy. Capt. Allan Valmores of Brgy. Dullao Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya has finished several projects such as the covered court, farm to market road, streetlights, the bridge with the amount of 2 million plus which was funded by the provincial government.

Barangay ordinance being implemented is solid waste management, curfew hour from 10 pm to 4 am among others.

Valmores is now a three-termer barangay captain and he wishes through unity and religiously participating for a progressive barangay.
