Lolita Lolong is a native of Mindoro province and most of her brother and sister began their bakery business in the Cagayan Valley region.MM Bread House is located along National Highway Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, maker of delicious bread like Mamon, Long john, Hopia, Ensaymada, among others. Most of the time their customer buy pandesal because we Filipino love to eat pandesal in the morning. Lolong's daughter has been helping her mother since her father passed away.
As of now, they already have state of the art technology bakery equipment that most of the baker is using such as oven and dough mixer. In 2007 MM Bread House was awarded by the local government of Solano as one of the cleanest business establishment in town.
Lolita Lolong believes in a saying " Never Give Up", for 13 years in the business she already experienced the up and down of prices of flour, the main ingredient for making bread but if you are determined to stay in business you must continue as long as you have gained and you can support your family and employee.
