Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Christian Eric Sesbreño -Roxas,Solano, Nueva Vizcaya

 



Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Christian Eric Sesbreño of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya had donated to the families of Cagayan valley who are affected by the deadly typhoon.

His friends and SK Council had accompanied chairman Christian Eric Sesbreño to deliver reliefs such as used clothing, can goods, noodles. At least 120,00 thousand pesos converted to an item which they gave last November 19, 2020.

Sesbreño would like to impart to the mind of his fellow youth the spirit of good friendship and loyalty among members. It’s by connecting with each other that we build stronger relationships and a tighter team.

 Barangay Roxas Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, 11/ 19/2020, Cagayan Valley are in need of immediate help after suffering from a deadly Typhoon in which agricultural productions are devastated, houses were destructed, people also face serious hunger during that disaster.

Brgy. Captain Maclit Collado spearheaded the aid for the people of Isabela, especially in San Mateo. Collado and company handed relief goods such as plastic bottled water, medicine, can goods, noodles, among others. The group of people who join hands to donate reliefs is Dave Menggist and Daniel Barsicula

Collado wants to express his sincerest thank to his council, Barangay employees, and all who repacked the items which they brought to Isabela. he also wishes that his council will unite for a common goal and encourages them to put aside the competitive mindset, move beyond politics and begin working together as a cohesive team.

SK Federation President Elma Mae Castillo of Dupax del Sur Nueva Vizcaya is a first termer SK chairman, she was motivated to join the Sangguniang Kabataan because she wants the youth to stay away from vices such as smoking, drugs, among others.

The program and activities of the youth here are basketball tournaments during summertime and having a seminar about the side effects of smoking and drugs to every person especially the youth.

Through the combined effort of the youth, they were able to deliver relief such as used clothing and basic needs for the people of Nueva Vizcaya who suffered from landslides during the typhoon.

Castillo also wants to thanks his parents Mr. Matias D. Castillo and Mrs. Elvie A. Castillo who always support her in her endeavors.

Cagayan Under Water

 Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya Nov. 18, 2020, The Philippines’ top disaster agency has recommended the declaration of a state of calamity in the entire Luzon after three consecutive typhoons wreaked havoc in the country. The typhoon Ulysses brought heavy rains and the nearby provinces that causes floods in that area.



A group of LGU employees who came from this town headed by Mayor William Tugangui will be planning to deliver relief supplies to Tuguegarao and Cagayan. They will donate food that will be easily cooked like noodles, Cavan of rice, and everything they need to sustain periods of hunger before their life will back to normal.


All government agencies rushed to where the flooded area in Luzon, they bring with them a rescue small boat, generators, instant foods, among others.

You cannot imagine how the Cagayan's suffered from floods during that deadly typhoon, some are shivering from colds because of nonstop rain, people are drowning, dead, and some are missing. Every person in Luzon is praying that typhoons as strong as Ulysses will never strike Cagayan valley again.

Helping The Needy

 



Victor Castillo, a former Mayor of Bagabag, N.V. has from time immemorial been a living example of an accomplished public servant not only to his community where belongs but also to lots of people that have interacted with him, spreading the spirit of kindness and extending all the help he can share mostly to those in need, the poor, the needy and indigents. Indeed a very contagious attitude, inspiring people and the community to give back to his fellowmen big or small things to help alleviate their poor living conditions. 

Victor Castillo, maybe short of words about his accomplishments but a reflection of a happy go lucky attitude that has taken roots from his younger days to the present, the idealism to help people in all its forms, to each according to his needs. Truly as the Creator says it in the holy book, " ...whatever you do to the least of my brother, you do it unto me..."

He is blessed with four sons and daughters all having their own successful means of livelihood activities. Noteworthy mentioning Joe Vincent, Jonathan, Jeffrey Patrick, and Jennifer Magdalena a successful entrepreneur in financing & lending business and blessed with four kids and youngsters namely Maria Katrina Anne, with a Course in Applied Physics, UST Manila Mark Anthony, taking Airport Mentainance, PATTS school of aviation M.M. Maria Hanna Vanessa, Grade VI, St. Jerome Academy Bagabag N.V. Melissa Anne, grade III It is worth mentioning that all members of the family of sir Victor Castillo were trained via the traditions of inspiring their offsprings the value of respect for the young and adult alike, good manners and right conduct, and family guidelines on successful living and peaceful coexistence. Message: Christmas season is fast approaching and it has been a family tradition to save and set aside used materials for "giveaways" to the poor and needy sector of the community. Helping others is a part and cornerstone of the family's social responsibility.

Madiwo Furniture Shop -National Highway Vista Hills Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya

 


Starting a business will never be easy, the investment will require a large part of the budget but some businesses can invest a little amount of capital, and one of which is furniture.

After years of doing woodworking as a hobby and making furniture for friends and family, Mr. Madiwo came up with a few products like tables and chairs.


Madiwo Furniture Shop is located in National highway Vista Hills Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, this furniture shop is characterized by stupendous craftsmanship, unique design, and an inherent sense of premium in making quality furniture such as sala set, dining table, divider, and all. kinds of wooden products. This furniture was made from the finest woods like Molina, mahogany, and acacia.

Before Mr. Madiwo enters into business he had worked before as an ATM machine technician, he also works with his relatives at Pocdihon Furniture Shop in National Highway Abian Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya to support his family.

Modiwo invested with a meager capital of 30 thousand and they were able to acquire furniture equipment such as band saw, planer, wood router, grinder, among others.
