Coupled with loans from financial banks as well as friends' help in the citrus farming in exchange for seedlings for labor, that led to the planting of a variety of Mandarin Orange, Satsuma oranges among others.

As farming and business were in good tandem, the farms were able to purchase needed a mini truck and one forward transport vehicles for said oranges.
