Vincent Z. Castillo -Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya

Vincent Z. Castillo is a philanthropist and who comes from a humble family of politicians, his father Jose T. Castillo who became mayor of Bagabag Nueva Vizcaya for more than 9 years and serves the people of Bagabag with integrity and honor. The father of Vincent accomplishes various projects such as farm to market roads, the Rizal monument among others.

Castillo sends thousands of poor and talented students who are eager to study but don't have enough funds to support them, providing free school uniforms and insurance for their encouragement to go to school, one of them became a famous engineer who already working in Manila. Jose T. Castillo Elementary School Saranay Lantap Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya was founded by his father in 2008. Castillo is running as municipal councilor of this town and one of his plans will be the upgrading of the Bagabag public market, canal lining, and fire hydrants. His visions are along the way through the help of his townmates.

Nowadays, people have engaged in sports. The Philippines have PBA- Philippine Basketball Association, UAAP-University Athletic Association of the Philippines. Here in the province, we are also focusing on the student athletics and they have various uniforms for  that event.

Celso Red Villa is a person known by everybody - K- Arts Collection of Barangay Quezon Solano, Nueva Vizcaya had begun his passion for making sports uniform in 1975 up to present. Among his specialty are the athletic and school uniforms.

A true politician is a real public servant with a heart to his constituents, with integrity, and honor who took public office for 18 years to actually serve others. Hon. Juanito Domingo is a 3 termer Municipal Councilor, and now he is running for mayor of this town Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, Domingo's vision and mission is to support PRAYERS N FAITH under the administration of Governor Carlos Padilla. His committees are finance and appropriation, rules and laws and women. The Sangguniang Bayan had tackled in a meeting about livelihood which empowers women to build a Women Center for food processing to enable Kalipi, RIC, Abot Palad and  OFW to earn money for their organization. The projects cost 50 million initial funds for the women center.
