Atty. Juan Paolo Cayton Plans to run for an elective position as municipal councilor of Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya. His motive that of supporting the leadership of the current Mayor Timothy Cayton of said town above in all of its plans and services intended for the constituents, helping them have a peaceful and productive community, and to promote self-reliance and productivity in line with the current municipal administration of this town its mission.and vision for the developmental progress of the said town. Further, Atty. Juan Paolo Cayton wants to provide free legal assistance to the poor and disadvantaged members of this community. A graduate at San Sebastian College, Manila with an LLB - Bachelor of Laws, a Board passer and a former Executive Secretary of his brother Timothy Cayton.
