Brgy. Baresbes Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya ABC president, and Barangay Captain Ronnie N.Esquivel a straightforward person who already accomplished several projects like the covered court, stage, concreting of Brgy. Road, the opening of roads and greening program at Plaza Patring forested area funded by NGO, provincial fund, municipal and Brgy. Ordinances that are being implemented- no smoking, curfew for minors, monitoring of alcohol such as beer and hard drinks that can easily be bought in grocery and convenience stores by teenagers, eco-tourism and the naming and renaming of roads. Esquivel wishes that someday Baresbes be a famous and well-known Brgy. In Nueva Vizcaya.
