Brgy Captain Rolando R Hernandez is coming back as Punong Barangay of Mabuslo.He had served said Brgy 3 times as Brgy captain. He had been dubbed as crime buster immediate and quick response and apprehension of punishments on crime violators. The action man, a result-oriented style of manage, strict implementation of peace and order and unorthodox enforcement of Brgy laws & ordinances with corresponding punishment for violators.
