Milagros A. Cabacungan of Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya is the Department head of MSWDO.
MSDO Provides assistance to target clientele of the office such as economically, socially, and persons with special needs. Through the following programs and services, it will help alleviate poverty and empowered disadvantaged individuals, families and communities for an improved quality of life.
Cabacungan finds her motivation, to help the impoverished people in Diadi. MSWDO program of services is a family & community, about parent effectiveness, counseling- pre-marriage, Christian education, home budgeting, PhilHealth- to assess the indigent to have an assistant, Diadi has 1408 social pensioner and 4 p's for the senior citizen.
Cabacungan graduated at the Wesleyan University in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. In 1985. Cabacungan works in Quezon and finally, she was transferred to Diadi in 1992.
