De la Cruz Bakery-Solano, Nueva Vizcaya
The business that’s been catering to customers for more than 20 years. Mrs. Rosemarie De la Cruz of Adela subdivision Washington St. Solano Nueva Vizcaya had established De la Cruz Bakery in March 2008 and started with a capital of 100 thousand. The owner said that if you want to open a bakery you should be hands-on to involve yourself and help create a self-sustaining business.
De la Cruz was motivated to have a bakery because it is a good source of income. At first, she started working at a bakery in Bicol when she was a teenager then when she got married she put a business here in Solano Nueva Vizcaya. The bakery's specialties are Mamon, Loaf bread, pandesal, and others. His husband Greg De la Cruz helps her with all her endeavors.

Engr Rico C. Tiongson, a young, energetic, pragmatic, and innovative, visionary engineer, graduated as a civil engineer at the prestigious Saint Mary's University, Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya. With inherent talents, physical and mental skills did first the rigors and challenges to work in Metro Manila for funds just to get himself financially able to make both ends meet. Then he took the board exam and past the test making himself worthy as a full pledge Civil Engineer, worthy of emulation, making his Alma, Mater, Saint Louis school very proud of him.
He had established MANRIC CONSTRUCTION BUILDER AND DESIGNER which offers planning and design, project management and, overall construction among others, located at #16 Gen.Santos St, Brgy Roxas, Solano Nueva Vizcaya with contact numbers 09173097299. His first project was a family house in Luyang Bayombong, then the DBP Bank in Solano. Engr Rico Tiongson tie-up with his relatives Arturo “Turing” Tiongson and Architect Roger Tiongson for other big projects such as Saint Mary’s University in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. As of now several projects were constructed by Manric Construction until now.
Said construction company is a sole proprietorship with a staff of engineering & architectural able and tested professional engineers. Suffice it to say that " Sipag at tiyaga" does make a big difference in life, if one aspires to be successful in life.
His wife is also an engineer, Manelli Remedios Tiongson and they have blessed with one son Darren Marike C. Tiongson who is in grade 10.
