Michael Dulatre of Purok 3 Brgy. Magsaysay Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya has established the Rach Welding Shop which engages in quality made to order sidecar with free alignment and provides sidecar designs for customer satisfaction such as Nueva Ecija style. The customer is required to make a down payment before they will start making sidecar.
Michael was motivated to start a business because it is every source of living. He is a nurse by profession and works in VRH hospital for almost 1 year.
His wife is an ex-government employee and they are blessed with 2 children, Rajalre grade 4 and Rayauen grade 2 at Magsaysay Elementary School in Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya.
