Martin Donelo of Ibung Villaverde Nueva Vizcaya is a simple man that loves peace, Martin had worked before at the Department of Public Works and Highways Quirino as a driver and eventually, he became the security guard of the DPWH which has various works such as to Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry, Obtains help by sounding alarms, Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers, Controls traffic by directing drivers, Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures, Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls, Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements, Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques and Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. After 14 years in service, he suffered a high blood pressure problem, so he was on leave for medication and forced to retire because of his health condition.
His wife was also employed in the Municipality of Bayombong under the ex-Mayor Severino Bagasao and they are blessed with 2 children; Anna Rose who follows the work of his father at the Department of Public Works and Highways 4th district Isabela and Manuel who died the last Dec. 16, 2019.
