Courage and Bravery of a Philippine Navy Officer

Solano, Nueva Vizcaya is a former Philippine Navy for  26 years in service. During his time as an intel officer for being the CPO Chief Petty Officer( Master Seargent) of the Philippine Navy. His presence of mind and display of exemplary courage and bravery in his field of work. Lachica mas motivated to join the philippine navy because it was his childhood ambition to become a navy.

Among his prestigious award that was given to him is the Bronze Cross-is a military decoration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines single grade which is awarded for "heroism involving risk of life" under conditions not warranting the award of the Gold Cross Medal. It may be awarded for voluntary action in the face of great danger above and beyond the call of duty,  or other deeds evidenced by extraordinary bravery not involving direct combat with the enemy.

His wife Colina is working in Manila as an accountant, and his children are Michael Paul is an Institute of Technology-IT graduate and works in global city Manila, Michelle Pearl works at BDO Bank at Solano Nueva Vizcaya and mary princess is working at the rural Bank of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya
