Mr & Mrs. Lawrence Afalla of Purok 2 Sta. Lucia Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya had worked as a seaman in 1999 to 2018. He graduated at PMI-Philippine Maritime Institute- Colleges, (Manila) in 1998 and applied in Magsaysay shipping company-one the biggest shipping line in the world.
Affalla is proud and motivated because his father is the one who pushes him to study & join the seaman and he reaches the rank of 4th engineer. It is a worldwide tour of duty and especially to Europe and Asia.
Every time Affala is on vacation he invests the money he earned to buy farmland which his wife Catherine C. Afalla is the one who manages the 3 1/2 ricefield with thresher for corn & palay, using the state of art farm machinery & equipment.
Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Afalla' s daughter Cherry ann who study in Canada with the support of her auntie. and, they have a livelihood which is a fishpond, fruit-bearing trees, among others.
