CARLITO " DODO" ALVAREZ BRGY ABIAN BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA A soft-spoken humble Engineer, he graduated at Saint Mary's University and eventually spent 32 years of government service in the municipality of Bambang NUEVA VIZCAYA. He is now retired but because he wants to share his expertise with the people of Bambang, he wants to put into use his visions for development. That is summed up into three letters SEE- S FOR SOCIAL-In terms of SOCIAL awareness, that man is a social being because no man is an island. E- FOR ECONOMICS, & that man needs his daily sustenance and so he should be given resources for self-reliance. AND THE LAST E- ENVIRONMENT.  ☆ Some of the noteworthy ongoing projects undertaken by said above-named barangay are the following: - The construction of bleachers funded by governor Padilla - The construction oh Multi-Purpose Hall - Farm to market road. - Dredging of canals - 1.5 M funds from Cong.Banti Cuaresma. The counterpart of equal amount is funded by Gov. Padilla. Some of the Ordinances are the following: solid waste management, videoke with a limit at night, curfew for minors among others.

Hon. Luis E. Binay-an of Dupax Del Sur, a 3 termer vice mayor. Binay- an has already filed his candidacy to run as a board member for south district. Binay-an and his council have been awarded as the most outstanding legislator and was recognized by DILG in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. It is noteworthy to mention his accomplishments and activities that he has done on his term as Vice- mayor of Dupax Del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya.

His very supportive wife Rosita Castro Binay-ay and true blessing children Olivia Ansen, Maricel Luyas, Luis Jr., Jonaliza As-As and Sunny.

Rolando H. Serapon

Rolando H. Serapon of Calitlitan , Aritao Nueva Vizcaya was a 4 termer Brgy. Captain has accomplished the following projects such as the covered court funded by Cong. Padilla, Brgy. cemetery funded by municipal mayor Lucita Tan. Serapon also implemented ordinances, curfew for minors anti-smoking and tree planting among others. 

His wife Josephine who always support him all the year round and his four children Rebelyn, Gerlie, Rewin, and Lea who serve as an inspiration to whole the family.
