Hon. Luis E. Binay-an of Dupax Del Sur, a 3 termer vice mayor. Binay- an has already filed his candidacy to run as a board member for south district.
Binay-an and his council have been awarded as the most outstanding legislator and was recognized by DILG in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. It is noteworthy to mention his accomplishments and activities that he has done on his term as Vice- mayor of Dupax Del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya.
