CARLITO " DODO" ALVAREZ BRGY ABIAN BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA A soft-spoken humble Engineer, he graduated at Saint Mary's University and eventually spent 32 years of government service in the municipality of Bambang NUEVA VIZCAYA. He is now retired but because he wants to share his expertise with the people of Bambang, he wants to put into use his visions for development.
