Brgy. Captain Bonifacio Ila Bisquera of Brgy. Maddiangat motive is to serve his constituents. A 2 term Brgy. kagawad and a first-term Barangay Captain, Bisquera finished many projects such as the waiting shed, graveling, riprapping and the perimeter fence of Brgy. Nursery. They also implemented the ordinance of no gambling, drinking, and curfew for minors. Brgy maddiangat is now a drug-free barangay.

Atty. Juan Paolo Cayton Plans to run for an elective position as municipal councilor of Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya. His motive that of supporting the leadership of the current Mayor Timothy Cayton of said town above in all of its plans and services intended for the constituents, helping them have a peaceful and productive community, and to promote self-reliance and productivity in line with the current municipal administration of this town its mission.and vision for the developmental progress of the said town. Further, Atty. Juan Paolo Cayton wants to provide free legal assistance to the poor and disadvantaged members of this community. A graduate at San Sebastian College, Manila with an LLB - Bachelor of Laws, a Board passer and a former Executive Secretary of his brother Timothy Cayton.

The action man, a result-oriented style of manage, strict implementation of peace and order and unorthodox enforcement of Brgy laws & ordinances with corresponding punishment for violators.

He wants to serve again and to finish his unfinished programs and projects he had tried to accomplish during his previous incumbency as mayor.

Brgy captain Oliver T. Geronimo of Luyang Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya has accomplished the construction of daycare, rubble masonry & protection wall which was funded by mayor Lantion. The ceiling and extension of veranda are also finished.

Tanods urged to intensify foot patrol to reduce crimes and hopefully Brgy. Luyang will be a drug-free barangay. Geronimo wants to thanks his constituents and his council for their cooperation.
