Noemi's Furniture Shop -Murong Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya

Noemi Montero of Murong Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya has established Noemi's Furniture Shop which engages in the making of a dining table, cabinets, chairs, wood, box beds and mattresses, office and store fixtures, among others.
Noemi's Furniture Shop is made using the finest sustainably-sourced raw materials such as hardwood, and other woods such as acacia, mahogany.
Two years ago, she was only a vegetable vendor and his husband is also working as a tricycle driver but she wants to have furniture someday, so they start to buy pieces of equipment until such time they completed all the requirements to put up furniture shop.
His hardworking husband is  Alexandro and they are blessed with 3 children; Anjo is a 1sy year college at Aldersgate College in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Aimee is grade 4 and Emjay is a student at Murong National High School.

Courage and Bravery of a Philippine Navy Officer

Solano, Nueva Vizcaya is a former Philippine Navy for  26 years in service. During his time as an intel officer for being the CPO Chief Petty Officer( Master Seargent) of the Philippine Navy. His presence of mind and display of exemplary courage and bravery in his field of work. Lachica mas motivated to join the philippine navy because it was his childhood ambition to become a navy.

Among his prestigious award that was given to him is the Bronze Cross-is a military decoration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines single grade which is awarded for "heroism involving risk of life" under conditions not warranting the award of the Gold Cross Medal. It may be awarded for voluntary action in the face of great danger above and beyond the call of duty,  or other deeds evidenced by extraordinary bravery not involving direct combat with the enemy.

His wife Colina is working in Manila as an accountant, and his children are Michael Paul is an Institute of Technology-IT graduate and works in global city Manila, Michelle Pearl works at BDO Bank at Solano Nueva Vizcaya and mary princess is working at the rural Bank of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya



HARDWORKING AND VERY RESPONSIBLE VICE- MAYOR

Atty. Philip A.Dacayo is now on his second term as Vice- Mayor of Solano Nueva Vizcaya,. During his term as mayor, he spearheaded various projects such as farm to market road, construction of the public market, big drainage for the flooded area in Solano, among others.
He was motivated to enter into the life of politics because of his father's (former Mayor Heraldo Dacayo) legacy, to continue his program such as to uplift the farmers' life, boost tourism in town and others. Dacayo is an honest, hardworking and considerate Vice- Mayor to everybody especially those who are needy and indigents in the community.
Vice-Mayor Dacayo exercises his powers to perform the duties of the Sangguniang Bayan legislative measures pertinent to the smooth operation of the local government and the interest of public service and be the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Bayan.
Her supportive wife Mayor Eufemia Dacayo will continue to provide livelihood and improve the lives of women in this Municipality and as the chief executive of the municipal government, she exercises such powers and perform such duties and functions as provided by government laws, for efficient, effective and economical governance the purpose of which is the general welfare of the municipality and exercise general supervision and control over all programs, projects, services, and activities of the municipal government.

Most Friendly Barangay-Brgy. Osmeña Solano, Nueva Vizcaya

Barangay Kagawads are mandated to function as the legislative workforce of the barangay. They function in a similar manner as their counterparts in Congress and the Senate as kagawads are expected to create and sponsor barangay resolutions and ordinances.
Hon. Juanita Bangloy of Brgy. Osmeña Solano, Nueva Vizcaya is on his 3rd term as Barangay Kagawad. Barangay Captain  Domingo and council have various achievements such as road widening which was funded by the barangay amounting to 50 thousand pesos, a scholarship was granted to Alternative Learning System-ALS at Solano North Elementary School - providing them with educational assistance.
Brgy. Osmeña was a recipient of Most friendly Barangay, Most Outstanding Tanod, Best Barangay Captain, Best in Cleanliness. Kagawad Bangloy is voted as president of the Senior Citizen. Her supportive children are Tranie who is working at Provincial Capitol Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya as a dump truck driver, Tomas who are engaged in farming, Thelma Jane- teacher, Jovie- veterinary -Vet-med and Cherry mary who is a computer teacher.

Acosta put up the AMQ Resort in Barangay District 4 Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya, an 1800 square meter with cottages, the amenities are swimming pool, pavilion type reception hall.
Manolo Acosta of Ibung Villaverde Nueva Vizcaya started working as a humble janitor in the municipal town hall of Villaverde, then after serving how many years at his office, he rose from the rank of an assessor till he retired as the municipal assessor.
Her supportive wife Antonia Raquepo Acosta is a telecommunication graduate and they are blessed with successful children; maria Ethelinda is a lotto operator, Atty. Melbamina is a Chief Register of Deeds of Nueva Vizcaya, Engr. Marlon John is a geodetic engineer, Michelle-R.N. nurse, Ma. aurora, R.N. nurse plans to shift to medicine and mona liza-Pharmacist graduate.
After Acosta retired as an assessor he also indulges himself in farming and takes care of 22 cows and dove raising.

Brgy. Kagawad Herminia l. Marcos -Brgy. Quezon, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya


Brgy. Quezon, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Herminia l. Marcos is now her second term as Brgy. Councilor. Her committee is on health and Herminia and council have various ongoing projects such as feeding program for indigents and under nourish, conducting population survey and pertinent data, She was also designated to conduct seminar about pregnant woman with the help of Barangay Health Worker, The launching of barangay health team was made to control the spread of NCOV in the community; composing of a group of nurse, Barangay Health Worker, tanods and the chairman on health.
Marcos was motivated to enter into a life of politics because she wants to help in the promotion of cleanliness and health sanitation, among others. One of her health concerns is the anti-smoking, clean up drive, proper segregation of waste management and proper disposal, and they aim to clean Bacarra creek, from Apad creek to Washington street.

Magallanes Family-Brgy. Quirino Solano Nueva Vizcaya


Ferdinand Magallanes of Brgy.  Quirino Solano Nueva Vizcaya is a retired employee of the Bureau of Internal Revenue for more than 22 years of service. During his time he was assigned to different municipalities in the province of Nueva Vizcaya. He was most impressive on the track and his enthusiasm for his work.
Magallanes joined and became a freemason and make more of life because they develop invaluable leadership skills that serve them in their job and community. Each shares a core of common beliefs and dreams, each believes that even in a small way by every one of his actions to help this world better. Magallanes became a Worshipful Master in the year 2003 and he vested with considerable power to his member during his time.
The loving wife Concepcion Magallanes was a retired SPED teacher at Solano East Central Solano, Nueva Vizcaya for 6 years in service, all in all, she serves for 44 years as a teacher. Her students have garnered an award of Most Outstanding students in region 02 in the year 2002. Concepcion also a member of amaranth, women members of the Order are addressed as "Honored Lady", while men are referred to as "Sir Knight" during their masonic meeting.  and, they are blessed with four children; Joan who is in Singapore, Jennifer is a US military nurse, Bonifacio 111 who is working as a call center in Baguio city and Maria Rafaela is also a call center in Taguig Manila.
