Ruth Maricar A. Alap of Don Domingo Maddela Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya started her political career as an SK chairman, now a 2nd termer Brgy. Kagawad up to present. Alap motivation is to run for municipal councilor and to give service to the people of Bayombong.
She also passed the ordinance - usage of an ideal lot, curfew hour for minors and the no transferring of boarding house among others. She studied Bachelor of Science in agriculture{BSA} and a LET board passer in 1997.
Alap landed her first job as a volunteer teacher in Sta. Clara Aritao, then she was promoted as an income generating chairman and also became the judge for showcasing arts.
