Equitable and fair fare matrix is one of the indispensable priorities so as to pacify public clamor in the seemingly endless oil price hike. So there is a need to publicly post " fare matrix" inside vehicles such as tricycles & public utility, transportation vehicles so as not to confuse the riding public. This was done in accordance with public hearings with a semblance of the legal process.
He also passed an ordinance on the sanitary & proper way of spitting by the use of empty mineral water bottles. Among his legacy is his initiative in providing a scholarship for deserving students and allowing his private car to be used as an ambulance in transporting medically ill & sick patients to hospital free of charge.
