1. Equal Access to quality health care   ·        

Increase budget for health; an Adequate number of health personnel esp. midwives; Adequate incentives for health workers, including BHWs; Adequate medicines & supplies; Responsive health systems to improve the provision of quality health care services; Municipal –wide Blood Bank System; Animal (dog) bite prevention & management.

2. Increase farmers productivity and

improve the quality of life of farmers   ·        

Increase support for the improvement and protection of irrigation systems.       

Seed assistance

·         Agricultural technology transfer thru “Pulong–pulong para sa kaalaman pang-agrikultura” project.

·         Post-harvest facilities to farmer groups/associations, & securing rice traders’ support to farmers

·         Health insurance to agricultural laborers

3. The welfare of OFW families living in Bambang ·        

Develop policies, programs and support mechanisms for families of OFWs living in Bambang for them to build a strongly bonded family despite the absence of a parent who works abroad and to better manage their finances.

o   Organization of OFW families

o   Technical support programs for OFW families to better financial management

o   Spiritual as well as psychological support programs to maintain good family relations and safeguard families of OFWs from disintegration.

4.The welfare of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals & Transgenders (LGBT)

·         Develop policies, programs, and support mechanisms for LGBTs of Bambang for them to be recognized & get involved as partners in bringing development in our beloved municipality of Bambang

5.   Partnerships in policy formulation, monitoring & evaluation of local laws

·         Involvement of the private sector, religious and academic sectors, GOs, NGOs, in the policy formulation, and monitoring and evaluation of local laws
