Jerry V. Jose of Bintawan South Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya is a 3 termer barangay captain for 8 years who is running for municipal councilor in Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya. His motivation is to continue the programs of the present administration. Jose was able to accomplish several projects such as canal lining, farm to the market road, concreting, streetlights, feeding program, no fee for the daycare and the 2 story building, service multi-cab and dump truck which was given by Cong. Padilla.
Barangay captain Jose and council pass various ordinances such as waste segregation, illegal gambling, noisy muffler, curfew hour and the no smoking.
