Barangay Captain Noel Leal Valiente of Nangalisan Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya has an ongoing project which is the concreting of roads, rehabilitation of barangay roofing, canal lining among others. The barangay ordinances are the tax ordinance, selling of liquor and curfew for minors. Valiente gives to constituents 5 cattle for livelihood and mushroom propagation in coordination with the Department of Agriculture.
Barangay captain Valiente wants to thank his constituents and his council for eradicating the illegal drug trade. Nangalisan now is a drug-free barangay.
