Sk chairman Clifford Bolusan of Barangay Osmena Solano, Nueva Vizcaya was motivated to enter politics because of his passion to serve his constituents and his fellow youth. Bolusan accomplishes various projects such as the celebration of nutrition month, basketball league inter- purok. In addition to this, they held their barangay fiesta last July 1, 2018, which is a 3-day celebration and started with a thanksgiving mass, followed by a medical and dental mission, free haircut, free wellness activity, during the night they had begun the search for miss Osmena and the gay competition.
