Lupito Lloyd T. Valdez is the general manager of Nuvelco Gabut Nueva Vizcaya. Valdez main concentration is to upgrade the member consumer empowerment, to organize that every barangay will have their own officer to resolve electrical cases and the member will become part owners and a stronger partnership with them. The LGU and the provincial government to discuss issues of common concern and expressed their resolve to build on their achievements already made with a shared vision for future development.
To promote sustainable development in the rural areas through rural electrification. To empower and strengthen the NUVELCO to pursue the electrification program and bring electricity, through the Electric Cooperatives and it's implementing arm.
