Joan Micua is the KAFDECO- Kasibu Farmers Development Cooperative manager. Micua at first was a board director then she takes the responsibility for being the manager by succession.KAFDECO began their operation on April 17, 1971, and the association became a cooperative in 1991. The cooperative services are education loan, health care loan, petty cash loan, salary loan, pension loan, grocery loan, farm commodity loan, merchandise loan, appliance/gadgets/furniture fixture loan, vehicle loan, housing/ home improvement loan, business loan, farm machinery and livestock purchase loan, share capital loan, mortgage/ redemption loan, heavy equipment loan, vehicle maintenance loan, and surplus vehicle loan.
Kasibu Farmers Development Cooperative is located in Purok 4 Poblacion Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya with CDA registration no. 9520-02007784 and registered with Cooperative Development Authority in Tuguegarao extension office- CIN: 102020066.
